Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Laura McKinzie Yoga, LLC or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use lauramckinzieyoga.com content. 

RESTRICTIONS OF USE 

This website and associated materials are owned by Laura McKinzie Yoga, LLC. You may not distribute, adapt, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Laura McKinzie Yoga, LLC. 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Laura McKinzie Yoga, LLC and its affiliates, employees, partners, and officers harmless from any claim made by a third party due to any content you post, submit, or upload through lauramckinzieyoga.com.

PARTICIPANT LIABILITY AND RELEASE WAIVER 

By voluntarily participating in any Laura McKinzie Yoga class, training, workshop, retreat, coaching or other service I agree to the participant terms of this agreement including the acknowledgements below: 

As a participant in yoga classes, programs, workshops, online materials, and events offered by LAURA MCKINZIE YOGA during which I will receive information and suggestions about yoga, health, and fitness; I recognize that the activities I participate in at LAURA MCKINZIE YOGA require physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause aggravated physical injury, and I am fully aware of and willingly assume the risk and hazards involved. 

I understand that it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my participation in any of the classes, programs, workshops, online materials, and events at LAURA MCKINZIE YOGA. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in these activities. 

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the classes, programs, workshops, and events at LAURA MCKINZIE YOGA, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participation in the activity. I agree to inform my instructors of any physical limitations, discomfort and or injuries before or during classes and I take full responsibility for my own actions and my own limitations. 

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the classes, programs, workshops, and events at LAURA MCKINZIE YOGA, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive, renounce and disclaim any claim I have or may have against LAURA MCKINZIE YOGA, its instructors, contractors, directors, partners, owners, and employees for loss, theft or damage of any personal property from LAURA MCKINZIE YOGA workshops, retreat space, or other venue, for injuries or damages that I may sustain within any LAURA MCKINZIE YOGA workshops, retreat space, or other venue and/or for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the classes, programs, workshops, and events held by LAURA MCKINZIE YOGA. I forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue LAURA MCKINZIE YOGA for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts that are not intended to harm me.

PRIVACY POLICY 

We may collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter or fill out a form. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs), To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you), To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs), To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature, To send periodic emails. The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. By using our site, you consent to our privacy policy.

PROHIBITED USES

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 Coaching appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for your session. All appointments canceled within a 24 hour period of the scheduled time will not be refunded. Missed appointments cannot be refunded.

1:1 Coaching packages expire one year from the date of purchase and are non-transferable and non- refundable.

All purchases on the Laura McKinzie Yoga website are non-refundable and non-transferable. All purchases of services and products are final.
